The Kevin Pillar with a career on base percentage of .299. The Kevin Pillar who used to be one of the best defensive center fielders in the game, but who put up negative 14 DRS the past three years.
Kevin Pillar gets a guaranteed $5 million for one year from the Mets, per source. As @JonHeyman reported, it can also become a two-year deal worth as much as $10 million.
