Tonight, it was Matt Adams, who was removed from the lineup, just before the Mets took the field against the Miami Marlins.
The Mets say that like Brandon Nimmo, Matt Adams was scratched from tonight’s game so that he could undergo cardiac testing.
I swear, at least once a week the Mets do something, where you say to yourself, “hmm that’s a first.”
Two days in a row Mets doctors need to pull a player minutes before first pitch? Better safe than sorry, I guess.
